CUSTOMER AND PLANHOLDER PAGE USER AGREEMENT

GENERAL. Depending on the type of registration and details provided, users are given access to the Customer or Planholder Page. General public registrants are given access to the Customer Page where they can get product quotations, apply and pay for their Prudentialife plans online. Verified planholder registrants are given access to the Planholder Services page. Aside from the same service provided to general public registrants, Planholder are also given access to features related to servicing of their plans. As such, Planholder registrants are required to provide additional personal information and details regarding their plan to establish and confirm their identity. The username and password nominated during the registration will be required every time the users access the Customer or Planholder Page. In view of the foregoing statements, upon establishment and confirmation of your identity as the user, after conforming with validation requirements set (especially applicable to Planholder registrants), subsequent access by you to our online services through the use of the username, password and e-mail address (collectively called “account information”) you indicated during the registration process, will no longer require validation. We shall be entitled but not obliged to verify any instructions given through the use of your account information.

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER. While we shall undertake every reasonable care to ensure the security of and to prevent unauthorized access to the services, which are part of the facility being provided through this site using technology reasonably available, you acknowledge that you will be solely responsible for the protection of the account information you registered with us. You agree that you are the exclusive owner and are the only authorized user of your account information and you accept sole accountability for its use, confidentiality and protection. As such, all transactions entered through the use of your account information will be considered legal and binding as that of a written request.
