Since January 6, 1997, the company has maintained periodic activities  and assessment reports on the state of operations and maintenance of the properties and facilities of PPI.
 
    Prudentialife Property Consultants, Inc.
           Prudentialife Property Consultants, Inc., or PPCI is a newly formed, wholly owned Prudentialife company engaged in real estate brokerage and     consultancy services. We establish strategic alliances with reputable developers to enable our sales force and employees to sell real estate properties both for the living and the non-living. Currently, we have tie-ups with Globe Asiatique, Inc. and Caelum Developers.
     Globe Asiatique, Inc. is the developer of GA Towers I and II strategically located along EDSA, Mandaluyong City, Chateau Valenzuela in Valenzuela,  Metro Manila, Sta. Babara Villas II in San Mateo Rizal and St. Monique Valais in Binangonan Rizal. Caelum Developers, Inc. on the other hand is the Developer of The Ascension Columbary along Araneta Avenue, Quezon City.
