The raffle
promo is open to all Planholders of
up-to-date and fullypaid Pension plans
who availed of the maximum loanable
amount of ninety percent (90%) of the
Annual Cash Value from August 1, 2008
to January 6, 2009. |
| 2. |
An approved loan
application shall automatically earn
one (1) raffle entry if plan is up-to-date;
or two (2) raffle tickets if plan is
fully-paid. An additional raffle entry
is earned for every increment of Fifty
Thousand Pesos (P 50,000) based on the
gross loan amount. |
| 3. |
Qualified entries
will be assigned with system-generated
8-digit raffle numbers, fifteen (15)
calendar days after a reference month.

| 4. |
Employees and Sales
Associates and their relatives up to
the second degree of consanguinity or
affinity are disqualified from winning
as Planholders. Active consultants,
marketing agencies and suppliers directly
linked to the promo are also disqualified
to join the raffle. |
| 5. |
The following prizes
shall be at stake: ten (10) magic sing
units, ten (10) 21’ television
sets, and ten (10) motorcycles. |
| 6. |
Taxes on all prizes
shall be for the account of the winning
Planholder. These prizes are non-transferable
but may be converted to cash. |
| 7. |
The raffle draw will
be on January 20, 2009 at Prudentialife
Head Office on 118 Prudentialife Bldg.,
Gamboa St., Legaspi Village, Makati
City. |
| 8. |
Winning entries must
be up-to-date on loan payments and plan
installments at the time of the draw
and awarding of prizes. |
| 9. |
In case the winning
Planholder is an Institutional Sales
account, the prize will be given to
the individual Planholder for Regular
group sales; in case winner is Special
and Block sales, the prize will be awarded
to the company. |
| 10. |
A Planholder may
only win once. In case he is drawn more
than once, he will be awarded the higher
prize. |
| 11. |
Winners shall be
notified through registered mail. The
winners must present a valid ID and
the notification letter to claim their
prizes. |
| 12. |
Prizes may be claimed
at Prudentialife Head Office within
sixty (60) calendar days from receipt
of notice; otherwise the prize shall
be forfeited subject to the approval
of DTI. |
| 13. |
Prudentialife shall
be allowed to publish the names and
pictures of the winners in the newspapers
or other media of choice. |
| 14. |
Verification of raffle
entries/numbers may be made by Planholders
20 calendar days after each reference
month from any Prudentialife Branch,
or through Prudentialife Direct 864-8000
or by logging in to http://www.prudentialife.com.
