WAYS TO ASSIGN RAFFLE ENTRIES
All
approved newly-purchased plans will
automatically have one (1) raffle
number.
All good
Succeeding Installment Collection
(SIC) payments made during the promo
period will automatically have one
(1) raffle number.
Additional
raffle numbers will be given for every
P10,000.00 regular installment amount
paid.
All validated
new Planholder registrants in Prudentialife
e-Services facility will earn (1)
raffle number.
All validated
new SMS Planholder registrants will
earn one (1) raffle number.
All registered
Planholders who update their mobile
numbers will earn one (1) raffle number.
OTHER
DETAILS OF THE PROMO
Increments
in regular installment amount paid
across several plans cannot be accumulated
and awarded a raffle number.
Employees
and Sales Associates and their relatives
up to the second degree of consanguinity
or affinity are disqualified from
winning as planholder. Active consultants,
marketing agencies and suppliers directly
linked to the promo are also disqualified
to join the raffle.
A plan
that lapses due to non-payment of
EVAT will not be eligible for a raffle
number or be declared a winner.
All Prizes
may be claimed at the PLPI Head Office.
Only plans,
which are up to date (no past-due)
at the time of the draw, and at the
awarding of the raffle prize/s, are
qualified to win.
Winners
shall be notified by registered mail
to be sent to their last known address
per Head Office records, and SMS (for
SMS registrants) or email (for website
registrants). The winners must present
valid ID and the notification letter
to claim their prizes.
Planholders
whose winning raffle number came from
SMS or website registration shall
present the SMS or email notification
sent by Prudentialife in addition
to the registered mail.
All payment
dates of the installment payments
should fall on or before the cut-off
dates of each draw and within the
promo period.
Prizes
can be claimed within 60 days from
Date of Notification.
Winning
and Non-winning entries in the Buena
Mano Draw are still qualified to win
in the Grand Draw. Qualified planholders
will be assigned eight-digit raffle
numbers, which will make them eligible
to participate in the Buena Mano Draw
and in the Grand Draw. Assignment
of raffle numbers will be done sequentially.
These prizes
are not convertible to cash, but are
transferable.
A DTI Representative
shall be invited to witness all the
raffle draws.
Taxes on
all prizes shall be for the account
of the winning Planholder
PLPI

and pictures of winners in the newspapers
or other media of choice
