Raffle Mechanics:
1. Scope and Eligibility
a. The raffle
is open to all Planholders who will
purchase Serenity Gold ( available
in Metro Manila only ) or PrimeLife
from November 3, 2006 to February
28, 2007.
b. Employees and
Sales Associates and their relatives
up to the second degree of consanguinity
or affinity are disqualified from
winning as Planholders.
2. Raffle Draw Dates and Prizes
a. There will
be four (4)monthly draws as follows
with one winner each for Metro Manila
and the provincial areas per draw.

Returned Plan Application (RPA) must
be rectified within the promo period
to qualify for the raffle.

are not convertible to cash and non-transferrable.

e. The draws
shall be held at the 8/F Boardroom
Prudentialife Building, 118 Gamboa
st. Legaspi Village, Makati City at
3:00 in the afternoon.
3. How it works
a.
Eligible plans that will be purchased
during the promo period shall be automatically
assigned corresponding raffle numbers
by the system. Depending on the mode
however, one plan can earn entry/ies
as follows:

b.
Planholders who enrolled under our
SMS or text messaging system may inquire
and verify their raffle numbers through
their registered cellphone numbers.
Otherwise, they may verify from our
Call Center Hotline (02)864-8000 or
any branch nearest them.
c. A Planholder
may win only once. Raffle numbers
of a winning Planholder shall not
qualify for the next and succeeding
draws.
d. Non-winning entries
of a previous draw shall qualify for
the next and succeeding draws.
4. Notification of Winners
a. Winners
shall be notified through registered
mail.
b. The registered
mail and a valid ID must be presented
by the winning Planholder upon claiming.
c. Prizes may be
claimed at the nearest branch specified
in the notification witihin sixty
(60) days from receipt of notice,
otherwise the prizes shall be forfeited
subject to approval by DTI.
d. Prudentialife
shall be allowed to publish the names
and pictures of the winners in newspapers
or other media of choice.
