biller partner earns one raffle entry. Bills
Payment transaction must be made within the
promo period at ANY BancNet member Bank’s
ATM.
Bills Payment
transaction using your ATM card is FREE
of charge at ANY BancNet ATM nationwide.
Only one transaction
per billing reference account per ATM card
number per month will qualify for one raffle
entry. Split payments of one (1) monthly bill
are considered as one raffle entry only.
* Donations or payments made to accredited
BancNet charitable institutions are excluded

Non-winning
entries in the monthly draws are still
qualified in the grand draw but not on
the succeeding monthly draws.
Raffle draw
will be held at the BancNet office located
at 10/F Vernida IV Bldg., LP Leviste St.,
Salcedo Village, Makati City at 1pm.
Winners are
required to participate in the photo-ops
and must agree to have their names and
pictures posted in any BancNet communication
promo material.
The owners,
management and employees of BancNet and
BancNet member banks, their advertising
agencies, spouses and relatives up to
the 2nd degree of consanguinity of affinity
are disqualified from joining this promotion.
Prize
and Criteria in Determining the Winners:
A person
can only win once in the monthly draws
for the entire promo period. However,
their bills payment raffle entries can
still win in the grand draw.
The ATM card number will be used as
the basis for determining the winning
cardholder.
All decisions made by BancNet with the
concurrence of DTI will be deemed final
and irrevocable.
Claiming
of Prizes:
Winners
will be notified through registered
mail by the BancNet member bank branch
where the winning account is maintained.
Prizes will be credited to the winner’s
bank ATM account upon claiming.
Winners are required to present at least
2 valid IDs and their BancNet ATM card
to claim their cash prizes. Winners can
claim the prize with the BancNet member
banks where they maintain their account.
Prizes must be claimed within 60 days
from day of receipt of the notification.
Unclaimed prizes after the deadline will
be forfeited with prior approval of DTI.
All prizes in this promotion will be
exclusive of tax. Winners shall cover
the 20% tax of the prize that exceeds
10,000 pesos.
