and Institutional Sales) who buy a Prudentialife
plan, during the promo period.

All qualified Planholders (Individual
and Institutional Sales), whose payment status is
up-to-date (no past due), and whose succeeding installment
payments are paid during the promo period.
In case Planholder’s plan is lapsed,
he may still qualify in the Raffle Promo by fully-reinstating
his plan. All planholders who fully reinstated/updated
their plan on or before the Cut-off Date/s may participate
in the raffle.
Disqualification as Planholder Winner : Employees and
Sales Associates and their relatives up to the second
degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified
from winning as planholder.
