Plan and Payment Convenience Promo

We are pleased to announce the guidelines covering our new raffle for our Planholders.

  1. RAFFLE PERIOD

    The raffle shall run from November 01, 2004 to April 30, 2005.

  2. SCOPE / ELIGIBILITY

    1. The raffle is open to all Regular, Institutional Sales (I.S.) and plans sold under General Agency whose payment status is up-to-date and whose succeeding Regular Installment payments are paid during the promo period thru the following payment channels:

      1. Over-the-Counter Bank Payment
      2. Direct Payment thru VISA / JCB / MASTERCARD / AMEXCO credit card in selected PLPI Branch Offices
      3. Auto-Charge-Arrangement (ACA) thru any JCB / VISA / MASTERCARD / AMEXCO / credit card
      4. Check-free facilities of BPI / Equitable PCI
      5. Auto-Debit-Arrangement (ADA) thru BPI / MBTC / BDO
      6. Bancnet facility via Internet
      7. Online payment thru PLPI website

    2. Employees and Sales Associates and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from winning as Planholder.

  3. RAFFLE DRAWS AND PRIZES

    1. There will be six (6) monthly draws, which shall be held at the Head Office in Gamboa Street, Makati City.

      * Cut-off dates will be based on a payment’s respective Official Receipt (O.R.) date

    2. All payment dates of the aforementioned installment payments should fall on or before the cut-off dates of each draw and within the promo period.
    3. Prizes are not convertible to cash and are non-transferable.
    4. Prizes are tax-free.

     

  4. RAFFLE MECHANICS

    1. Assignment of Raffle Entries

      1. Eligible plans paid during the raffle period will automatically be assigned corresponding raffle numbers by the system which will entitle them to participate in the Monthly Draws.
      2. The number of entries shall depend the payment channel and the plan’s payment mode.

      3. An additional raffle entry shall be assigned if the plan was paid before its due date.

    2. Bonus Entries

      a. New enrollees for the ACA shall be awarded Bonus entries in addition to the regular raffle entry assignments. These shall be determined by multiplying the number of raffle entries by two (2).

    3. Others

      1. Planholders who wish to verify their raffle numbers may contact our Call Center at 864-8000 or call/visit their respective Metro Manila or Branch Offices.
      2. Planholders may also get their raffle numbers by sending their payment details to Prudentialife SMS. PLPI Text Hotlines are 0917–8197574 or 0918-9797574

    4. Drawing of Winners

      1. A monthly draw winner shall no longer be eligible to win in the succeeding monthly draws.
      2. Non-winning raffle entries in previous monthly draws are still qualified for the succeeding monthly draws.
      3. In case the winning Planholder is an Institutional Sales account, the prize will be given to the individual Planholder for Regular Group Sales. However, the prize will be awarded to the company for Special and Block Sales.

    5. Notification of Winners and Claiming of Prizes

      1. Winners shall be notified by telegram or registered mail to be sent to their last known address per Head Office records. The winner must present the notification telegram and proper ID to claim the prize.
      2. Prizes may be claimed at the respective Metro Manila or Provincial Branch nearest the Planholder.
      3. Prizes must be claimed or availed within six (6) months after sending of notification. Otherwise, the prizes shall be forfeited, subject to the approval of the concerned government regulatory agency.
      4. PLPI shall be allowed to publish the names and pictures of winners in the newspapers or other media of choice.
