1. All clients, 18-65 years old, with valid Philippines postal address, who shall invest or purchase any pre-need plan online (www.prudentialife.com) within the promo period will be awarded with ten (10) e-raffle entries for every P20, 000.00 contract price for every approved plan.
   
   
2. All plan applications submitted within the promo period and subsequently approved will qualify.
   
   
3. Assigning of e-raffle entries is system generated. The computer will auto assign e-raffle entries per P20, 000.00 contract price per approved plan purchased.
   
   
4. Drawing of Winner
   
   a. Winner will be drawn via system generated e-raffle.
   
   b. The Planholder’s plan must be in up-to-date status at the time of draw in order to win.
   
   
5. Notification of Winner and Claiming of Prize
   
   a. Winner shall be notified by email and registered mail to be sent to the Philippine address indicated in the plan application.
   
   b. Client may opt to choose between the P20, 000 prize or the Canon Digital camera. If the client chooses the cash prize, this will be applied to Contract Price of the plan purchased online. In the event that the outstanding balance of the winner is less than the prize amount, the difference will be awarded to the winner as cash prize.
   
   c. Prize in kind (Canon digital camera) shall only be claimed in the Philippines.
   
   d. The winner must present valid ID and the notification letter to claim the prize.
   
   e. For representative, a valid ID and a Special power of Attorney (SPA) shall be required also be required, in addition to requirements in item d.
   
   f. Winner based in Manila can claim the prize at the Prudentialife Head Office, Prudentialife Bldg., 118 Gamboa St., Legaspi Village, Makati City. Winner based in the province shall claim the prize at the branch office nearest him.
   
   g. Prize shall be claimed within six (6) months after sending of notification. Otherwise, it shall be forfeited in favor of Prudentialife Plans, Inc. subject to the approval of Department of Trade and Industry.
   
   h. The winner’s name and picture will be published in a newspaper of general circulation.
   
   
6. Others
   
   a. Planholders can logon to their account at the Planholder e-Services facility to view the number of e-raffle entries they earned.
   
   b. Planholders may also opt to contact our Call Center at 864-8000 to verify their earned e-raffle entries.
