  1. Log on (For previously registered PH)

    Visit http://www.prudentialife.com. Point and Click on the Planholder e-services login Button. Log on by typing your User name and password then click on submit.

  2. Register (Not yet registered PH)

    Visit http://www.prudentialife.com. Point and click on Register Now Button. Input Planholder and Plan Details, and then submit. Wait for a confirmation e-mail, which will be sent within 3 days to your registered e-mail address. Visit the website again. Click Planholders Login Icon. Input Username and Password

  3. Point, Click and earn e-raffle entries

    Just go online and do online transactions to earn e-raffle entries. Each online transaction as enumerated below has a corresponding e-raffle entries. The more online transactions a planholder makes, the more e-raffle entries he earns.

  4. Assignment of e-raffle entries

    Only valid online transactions shall earn corresponding e-raffle entries. All e-raffle entries shall be accrued to the respective plans of the Planholder which are registered under the e-services page. The system will auto assign e-raffle entries equivalent per transaction.

1st time validated enrollees, those who have cancelled plans are not qualified. Disapproved application will not earn e-raffle entries. Pending applicants will only earn raffle entries upon approval.

"PH must pay the full amount of SIC to earn the e-raffle entries. PH earns e-raffle entries each time SIC is paid Online. If payor is a PH, e-raffle entries shall be given to the paid plan/s

To earn e-raffle entries, Planholder must report plan payment to Prudentialife by clicking on the report plan payment functionality under the PH e-services at www.prudentialife.com

Payment of amount due plus penalties and other fees must be done online to earn e-raffle entries.

2 e-raffle entries will be given for each valid report. Plan payment for a specific due date must be reported only once. (Applicable to all payment channels)
