RAFFLE MECHANICS

  1. Assignment of Raffle Entries


    1. Qualified planholders will be assigned eight-digit raffle numbers, which will make them eligible to participate in the Minor Draws and in the Grand Draw. Assignment of raffle numbers will be done by computers based on the following criteria :

      1. For New Sales Collection (NSC):

        1. All approved newly-purchased plans will automatically have one (1) raffle no.
        2. An additional raffle number will be given for every P5,000 regular installment paid.
        3. Increments (in regular instalments) across several plans cannot be accumulated and awarded a raffle number.
        4. If the qualified plan has a mode of annual, it will be awarded an additional five (5) raffle nos.

      2. For Succeeding Installment Collections (SIC) :

        1. All payments made during the promo period will automatically have one (1) raffle no.
        2. An additional raffle number will be given for every P5,000 regular installment paid.
        3. Increments (in regular instalments) across several plans cannot be accumulated and awarded a raffle number.
        4. If the qualified plan has a mode of annual, it will be awarded an additional five (5) raffle nos

    2. Investment or purchase of any pre-need plan online thru PLPI website (www.eprudentialife.com) will be awarded additional two (2) raffle numbers.
    3. Payment thru any of the following non-traditional payment channels, will be awarded an additional one (1) raffle number :

      1. Over-the-Counter payment in any of the participating banks
      2. Direct payment thru VISA/JCB/MASTERCARD credit card directly within selected PLPI Branch Offices
      3. Continuous Billing Facility or Auto-Charge-Arrangement (ACA) thru any JCB/VISA/ MASTERCARD/AMEXCO credit card
      4. Online payment thru PLPI website
      5. Check-free facilities of BPI / Equitable PCI
      6. Auto-Debt-Arrangement (ADA) thru BPI/MBTC
      7. BANCNET facility via ATM or via On-Line/Internet
      8. Globe’s G-Cash facility

    4. All payment dates of the aforementioned payments should fall on or before the cut-off dates of each draw and within the promo period.
    5. Only plans, which are up to date (no past-due) at the time of the draw, are qualified to win any of the raffle prizes.

  2. Additional Mechanics for the Minor Draw

    1. A planholder who has already won in any of the Minor draws shall no longer be eligible to win in the succeeding minor draws. However, all winners of the Minor draws are still qualified to win in the Grand Draw. All non-winners in the Minor Draws will be included in the succeeding Minor Draws.
    2. In case winning planholder is an institutional sales account, the prize will be given to the individual planholder for Regular group sales; in case winner is Special and Block sales, the prize will be awarded to the company.
    3. Prize Certificate can be claimed within 2 months from Date of Notification. Travel package prize should be availed within 1 year from end of the 2-month claiming period. Otherwise, the prizes shall be forfeited, subject to the approval of DTI.
    4. These prizes are convertible to cash, but are non-transferable.

  3. Additional Mechanics for the Grand Draw

    1. Winning and non-winning Planholders in the Minor Draws are still qualified to win in the Grand Draw.
    2. There will be three (3) winning planholders each from Metro Manila and from the Provincial branches. Each winner will win a P70,000 cash major prize. Only one planholder, either from Metro Manila or Provincial Branches, will win the grand prize of P700,000.00

  4. Drawing of Winners

    1. Raffle draw shall be conducted by way of drawing numbered pingpong balls from a tambiolo. The tambiolo will contain numbers pertaining to the raffle numbers qualified for each draw. As soon as the raffle number is drawn, the planholder’s name and status of the plan is checked. If the plan drawn is up-to-date then it will be declared the winner. Otherwise, another draw will be made until such time that an up-to-date winner is drawn.

  5. Other Guidelines

    1. Planholders who wish to verify their raffle numbers may contact our Call Center or call/visit their respective Metro or branch offices.
    2. Planholders may also get their raffle numbers by texting their payment details to Prudentialife SMS. Registration is required prior to inquiry.
    3. Winners shall be notified by registered mail to be sent to their last known address per Head Office records. The winners must present valid ID and the notification letter to claim their prizes.
    4. Prizes for Minor Draws can be claimed at the respective Metro or Provincial branch nearest the Planholder. The Major Prizes and the Grand Prize must be claimed at the Head Office.
    5. Taxes on all prizes shall be for the account of the Planholder.
    6. PLPI shall be allowed to publish the names and pictures of winners in the newspapers or other media of choice.
