in Prudentialife Branches, or enroll your
credit card in a continuous billing facility
called Auto-Charge Arrangement (ACA).
Online Credit
Card Payment: One Time Payment Option and
Auto-Charge Arrangement
Pay online using aforementioned credit cards.
First, you must be a registered user. For
the plans you wish to pay, you must register
the corresponding Contract Numbers to our
E-Services facility. To start payment of
installments, register here.
If you are already a member, login here
using your User Name and Password. Below
are the procedures for Online Credit Card
payment.
For Planholders Paying for his Own Plan
Go to the Planholder's
page and select Pay My Own Plan under
Online Credit Card Payments below
Payment Services.
Choose the Contract
No. of the plan you wish to pay.
Choose between One
Time Payment (with additional option
for advance payment of regular installment)
or ACA wherein your credit card will
be charged with the amount of plan
installment as they fall due.

For Bancnet
ATM Cardholders, you may now pay your Succeeding
Installment Payments online. Use your Bancnet member
ATM account and enjoy the convenience of paying
for your plans thru the Internet. To start using
this facility, simply follow the instructions below:
Go to Bancnet
Online's website.
Click on your
bank.
A new window
will pop-up. Read the Terms and
Conditions carefully and click
on I Agree to continue.
Click on the
Payment link on the left
column.
Select Prudentialife Plans, Inc.
under the Biller/Institution drop-down
menu. Then, input the 9-digit Contract
Number of the plan you wish to pay
for in the subscriber number field.
i.e. 012345678
*For Plans with existing
Pension Loan, input the
number 9 in place of the
character L in the Contract
Number.
i.e. L12345678 should be
keyed in as 912345678
Provide your
Card Number, Account Type and
the corresponding amount to be
paid.
Lastly, click the onscreen keypad
for your ATM PIN then click the
Submit button.
For Bancnet ATM Cardholders, you may also pay your regular installment using your Bancnet-Member ATM Account. Simply go to Bills Payment Menu >> Insurance / Plans, then click on Prudentialife Plans and lastly, enter you 9-digit Plan Contract No. and the amount you're paying.

Auto-Charge Arrangement (Visa,
MasterCard, JCB and AmexCo Credit Cards)
Pay your regular installment automatically
and worry-free using your Visa, Mastercard, JCB
and AMEX credit card by enrolling your plans to
our ACA facility. You may enroll online via the
Planholder e-Services Facility by selecting the
ACA Payment Option or by faxing the following
documents to 894-4253:
ACA Enrollment Form
Photocopy of Billing Payment
Slip/Billing Notice
Photocopy of Credit Card (reflecting
front and back portions of the card)
Photocopy of One Valid Identification
Card (i.e. driver's license, Tax Identification
No. ID, Social Security System ID, Postal
ID, Passport or Voter's ID. Front and back
portions of the ID should be reflected)
Pay your plan installment thru an automatic debit from your bank account. This requires submission of ADA Enrollment Form (for BPI and BDO) or Authorization
to Debit (for MBTC), and the latest Billing Payment Slip (BPS)
Pay your plan installment to any bank or remittance center that accepts payment to the Philippines.
Get a remittance form and indicate the following:

Also indicate in the remittance form the Planholder’s Name and Plan Contract No. Note: Please pay the receiving bank's or remittances center’s charges based on prevailing US Dollar rate. This is apart form the remittance charges you already paid upon application.
