Today,
the pre-need industry is going through the most difficult
crisis in its history. I have strong faith that this
situation can bring out the best in all of us.
For 27 years now, we have relentlessly pursued our vision
to provide a more secure and comfortable future for
our planholders and other clients through our pre-need
products and financial services.
During tough times, Prudentialife has shown resiliency
by gearing itself as a caring and customer-driven company
in all its areas of operations – memorialization,
financial services, realty, travel and information technology.
At Prudentialife, we remain vigorous in our search for
opportunities to improve the quality of our services
and enrich the lives of more Filipinos. This year, we
inaugurated our new building in Baguio as part of our
regional branch consolidation program. Prudentialife
also recently acquired a 7-storey building in the center
of Guadalupe, Makati. These are not only symbols of
our strength and stability; they also give Prudentialife
an opportunity to extend its caring arms to more families
and to a larger extent, cope with the changing market
environment.
While Prudentialife is positioning itself to be a more
stable organization, we will also focus our attention
to the growing tourism market with our Akean Resorts
project which promises to have vast linkages with our
other business thrusts.
