Prudentialife to move the organization toward sustainable
growth and enduring success. Prudentialife is going
for a new path by integrating organizational change
and positive business directions. The on-going re-structuring
of the company’s operations and marketing are
geared toward building a better future for all employees,
salesforce and planholders through new opportunities
that give corresponding rewards and compensation based
on contribution and performance.
By Fiscal Year 2006, a new Prudentialife will emerge
with the same vision to give hope and fulfill dreams
of the Filipino family, Prudentialife will be a renewed
organization with good products, customer service, and
environment where people feel rewarded, fulfilled and
energized by the work they do.

para sa magandang buhay
Mula pa noong 1978, patuloy na tumutulong ang Prudentialife
sa mga nangangailangan kaya ipinagsama nito ang quality
service at corporate social responsibility. Ibinabahagi
nito taun-taon ang mga biyayang natamo sa mga napagkaitan
tulad ng orphans, prisoners, elderly at iba pang dapat
tulungan. Ang Prudentialife ang unang pre-need na
kumpanya na nakiisa sa Gawad Kalinga upang maiahon
ang 48 na pamilya sa Baseco, Tondo, Manila sa pamamagitan
ng pagtatayo ng mga tahanan. Mismong ang mga kawani
at empleyado ng Prudentialife ay buong-pusong nag-abot
ng tulong sa mga pamilya upang makamtan ang magandang
buhay.
