To capture the “Re-create @ 28”
theme into a happy, heartwarming and uplifting mood, Prudentialife
delegates will celebrate Prudentialakbay 2006 in Boracay
on April 27-29, 2006. Together, they will be welcomed
by our founder and chairman, Ambassador Francisco A. Alba
at the Boracay Nuevo, a 400 hectare property owned by
Akean Resorts Corporation (ARC). ARC
is an affiliate of the Prudentialife Group.
On the beautiful island of Panay lies the exotic province
of Aklan. Aklan was originally called Akean which means
paradise to an ethnic group – the Ati. The Ati’s
King Marikudo traded the paradise to the ten Datus from
Borneo for a golden salakot (hat). The historic event
is better known as the Barter of Panay. In this same land
will rise another vision of paradise – AKEAN’S
BORACAY NUEVO.
