Prudentialife Payments thru Globe G-Cash Bills Payment Facility

Prudentialife and Globe makes it possible for you to pay your Regular Installment and Pension Loan via text with Globe G-Cash Bills Payments. Launched last May 7, 2005, Prudentialife ventures into a cashless and cardless mobile commerce service as it partners with Globe and its G-Cash Bills Payment facility. Globe and Touch Mobile subscribers can easily and conveniently pay their Plan’s Regular Installment or Pension Loan using their mobile phone.

To start using G-Cash Bills Payment for Prudentialife Plans, follow these steps:

1. Register to G-Cash service

  1. To Register, type:

    REG <4-digit M-PIN of your choice>/<Mother’s Maiden Name>/<First Name>/
    <Last Name>/<Address>/<Tel. No.>
    Ex. REG 1234/Aurora Reyes/July/Santos/5 Santol St., Project 4, QC/024261001

  2. Send to 2882. You will then receive a text message saying that you have successfully registered.

2. Exchange your Cash into G-Cash

  1. Just go to any Globe Business Center or any authorized G-Cash Outlet. View complete list here
  2. Present a valid ID.
  3. Provide the cash to be converted into G-Cash and pay the processing fee.
  4. The outlet will then send the G-Cash to your Mobile No.

3. Pay your bills via text using G-Cash

  1. For your Plan’s Regular Installment:

    BILLPAY <Amount> <M-Pin> <Institution Code> <Contract Number>
    Ex. BILLPAY 1000 1234 PLPI 012345678

    For your Pension Loan Payment:

    BILLPAY <Amount> <M-Pin> <Institution Code> <Contract Number>
    Ex. BILLPAY 1000 1234 PLPI L12345678

  2. Send to 2882. After a successful transaction, you will receive a Confirmation Text Message with your transaction details and new G-Cash balance.
