1. What is Prudentialife e-Billing Statement (eBPS)?

e-Billing statement (eBPS) is the electronic version of your Billing Payment Slip (BPS). eBPS contains exactly the same information as the BPS you are receiving via postal mail. eBPS may be printed for over-the counter payment transactions through any Prudentialife branches or any authorized banks. A link is also provided from your eBPS that will point you towards the online credit card payment.

3. How do I register to receive Prudentialife e-Billing Statement (e-BPS)?

  • For New Registrants / Planholders who have not yet registered to the Planholder e-Services Facility

    1. Go to www.prudentialife.com and sign-up or register your Planholder and plan/s details.
    2. Check the “Enroll to e-Billing Statement” Option for every plan you register.

  • For Planholders who have an existing account at the Planholder e-Services Facility

    1. Log on to the Member Services / Planholder e-Services Page.
    2. Go to My e-Services menu, select e-Billing Statement and then click Enroll to e-Billing.
    3. List of plans (not fully paid) not enrolled to e-Billing Statement will be shown.
    4. Click on the button corresponding to the plan you wish to enroll to EBPS.

4. What software do I need to view my e-BPS Online?

Aside from Internet access, you will no longer need any special software. However, we recommend that you update your browser (Internet Explore Version 6, Netscape 8 etc.) so that the eBPS will be displayed properly.

5. How do I print eBPS?

To print your e-BPS, click on the Print button located on the lower portion of the eBPS or the Print command in the File menu of your browser.

6. Will I still receive the paper statement?

Yes, You will still receive your Billing Payment Slip via postal mail.

7. How do I update my e-mail address?

To change the email address that you enrolled in the Planholder e-Services Facility / e-Billing Statement (eBPS), simply:
  1. Log on to our Member Services / Planholder e-Services Page.
  2. Go to My Account menu, User Profile, then to My Details submenu

8. Can I cancel my enrollment/subscription to this eBPS?

You can cancel your enrollment. Just click on the Unsubscribe to e-Billing Statement link on the e-Billing Statement email you receive.

9. Is there an option to re-enroll again after I unsubscribed?

Yes, you may subscribe again. Please refer to no. 3 of this page or the section on Planholders who have an existing account at the Planholder e-Services Facility.

10. What is e-Billing Archive?

e-Billing Archive is a functionality in the e-Services Facility that will allow you to view the past three schedules of your e-Billing Statement. Only e-Billing Statement made after enrollment to e-Billing shall be included in the archive.
