IBOCS is a web-based facility designed to automate the business of Prudentialife Marketing Officers. IBOCS allows our Sales Associates to create sales proposal, access email, view training schedule, check latest policies, access the plan and payment inquiry system and enjoy other online services. IBOCS enables the Prudentialife Branch Offices to get in touch with the Head Office through the Internet.

IBOCS provides the following functions:

	Sales Proposal System Allows auto computation and creation of online plan proposal for the different plan packages.
	Web Mail Allows sending and receiving of e-mail messages and plan proposals to your prospects via the Internet.
	SMA Guidelines   Provides information pertaining to Marketing related policies and incentives.
	Training Schedules Provides list of training modules and seminar schedules conducted by Training and Development Department.
	Corporate Information Displays Corporate Profile, Corporate Officers, Social Commitment, Careers and other company related Information.
	Sales Tips Provides useful information that would help Sales Associates hone their selling skills.
	Plan and Payment Inquiry System (PPIS)  Allows inquiry and printing of plan and payment details for plans sold within your area.
Note: IBOCS access is initially available for Area Manager level and up only.
